Categories, forums, and threads

As the admin, you can create multiple forum categories, add forums within those categories, and threads within those forums. Keep your members engaged with well-defined forum topics.

Assign moderators

You can pick specific members to be moderators on your forums. Moderators help out by patrolling your forums to ensure that inappropriate content is quickly removed and member stay on topic when necessary.

Restrict access

You can use SocialEngine's built-in member levels to restrict access to the forums. You can allow certain members to view and post, some just view, and some neither if you wish.

WYSIWYG post composer

Members can compose their posts with ease using a familiar interface similar to MS Word. With a single click, your members can also view the HTML source of their post and make changes if necessary.

HTML, BBCode, and photo attachments

If you choose to allow it, HTML and/or BBCode can be allowed in your members' forum posts. Your members can attach photos to their posts, which are displayed right in the thread.
