Hide First and Last Name to Only Display Username
It is very common that, in an effort to protect privacy, an administrator will want users only to be displayed by usernames. First and last names are hidden from all users on all pages, but are still stored in the database.

If a user has an apostrophe in character 10-12 of their username, it will appear scrambled, as #, #&, #&0, or #&03 then truncated with "...".
